I use firefox to browse the internet, but I can't make it work with multimedia. for instance, I can't listen to Aljazeera programs and I can't see their broadcast on the net. Whay should I do?

You're probably missing a plugin. The place where the video is supposed to be will show some kind of symbol. try clicking it & follow on with the instructions...
If this failed then try to find out somehow the format of the feed.. avi ?? mpeg ?? real ??

When I click on the phone icon I get another window without anything in it, no hints about the needed plugin or the format of these files. I think someone with this experience will help in telling us what did he do?
