My domain registerar allowed my to set a glue record for my domain name, the problem that i have changed the IP address of my NS servers so, i want to change the glue records in root servers .. how can i do that .. no interfaces for that provided by my registerar

on delegating server you need a "glue" A record
so if there is downloads.eglug.org. and responsible name server is ns.eglug.org. for management and subdomain administration.
suppose also that the administration on eglug decides to separate the administration of downloads.eglug.org. to people who mange downloads sub-domain
2-there will be something like ns.downloads.eglug.org. this will be different nameserver .
the main name server is eglug.org still need some records to tell ns.eglug.org. what the hell is downloads.eglug.org. ,it will be the IP of step 2 and it will be A record ,AND the glue record.
on cyberpop case there is no eglug.org, it is different -of course-according to his TLD and the nameserver who was delegating him to mange his own site. but the problem he need to tell the nameserver who responsible for his domain name that he changed the ip . Which is remain as the glue record .
