some comments

before i reply to your question let me give you some hints...

  • please don't send your question in more than one topic, I've deleted all duplicate entries that I found, you have sent it in 4 forum topics, this won't make more people reply to you, on the contrary this will make people ignore you.
  • make your thread title meaningful, something that gives impression of your question, not please help me
  • don't use the typing style that you already used in the title, unless you have a defected keyboard in the letters 'a' and 'e'
  • it's called ubuntu not upinto nor upunto not even uponto

some answers

  1. because anything .exe is window$ specific, which means it shouldn't run on anything but windows. Anyway there's something called wine that you may use to run window$ programs on gnu/linux, but as I assume that you are new to linux so I highly recommend that you use FOSS alternatives to your programs.

  1. this can't be true.. the sound in linux may be lower than in windows due to driver issues, but can't be in anyway related to the volume that you set in windows.
