is it possible to have a link to all new posted topics in forums?

hi, It will take time to visit each seciton of forum for new posted topics,is will be easy, to make a link to all new posted topics for reply, to start the new topic wil reamin the old rule, one should got to the proper section.

also on the right you'll find a block called forum topics and inside it
