A form for reports on EGLUG sessions

Why dont we add a form for the reports of EGLUG sessions, like the software review form??

I think this will make the task of the reporting much easier for many ppl.

these are the fields that I can think of now:

  • no of persons who registered
  • no of persons who attended
  • rating of the session
  • summary
  • link to the facilitator's notes
  • pointers the facilitator gave
  • a photo
  • best/worst thing in the session ??

what else?

Does this session will be needed again soon? Is there anyway to improve it?

Is there any related topics needed to be in separated session?

Identifying prerequisites for the session.

Should some session(s) should not be in our events anymore :) ,I konw one
