there is a new linux distro called ubuntu, i've tested it on my desk/laptop it works just out of the box, arabic support is good, and the best thing u can get cd's for FREE sent to you world wide.

Slashdot outrage ...
Did anyone read the whole slashdot debacle about the half naked people being used in an Ubuntu advertisement? Some people refused to download ISO's just because of that.
On a side note - im really getting sick of all these new distros coming out every 5 minutes ...

Controversial artwork was removed
The controversial artwork that was in the preview release was removed in the official release due to alot of rants in the mailing list and online forums.
