Embedded C application software develop't for Video & Games

We are looking for an experienced out-sourced programmer to develop embedded application software under Linux or CE platform for Samsung's ARM9 (S3C2440). The application requirements are listed below:

1. (Essential task) A dynamic code library is developed to control the play time of an video file (can be either one of the video format such as wmv or rmvb etc.). The video can be assigned to display in any screen region. At the assigned play time limit is reached, the video file is forced to stop playing and video window goes blank.

2. (Optional task) A dynamic code library is developed to control the play time of an games file (can be either one of the emulator format for Sega or Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator etc.).At the assigned playing time limit is reached, the games file is forced to stop playing and games window goes blank.

3. A seperated demo embedded C codes is showing how to call code library to execute the corresponding task.
