I like it, but i'm thinking should we put the slogan 'حيث تأكل البطاريق الطعمية' up there?

and can we put some color to the text?

The upper part is really crowded.

I don't think the GNU logo is needed as we are not also using Tux anywhere.

I'd also move the ITI logo underneath eglug's logo (To replace the GNU one).

Do you have an svg version ? I could brush my skills ;)
