3. A reminder proposal to send when we really approach the festival's date .

Detailed Proposal

if you:

	* Got tired of your computer becoming slow over time and freezing every now and thenand 
	* Can't stop viruses and attacks on your computer.
	* Find the software and the system you use more expensive than the hardware.
	* Don't trust the software you use because you can't really discover how it works.
             * Want to discover new and better things.

Then we definitely have a solution for you:
We will offer you Linux on your computer along with windows if you still want to keep it.
 
 --> But I don't know if I'll like this "so called" Linux or not!
Well, we can leave your windows as it is and install Linux beside it and you are free to use both as you want.

 --> Oh yeah! I tried this thing before and it didn't properly work on my machine!
You can still bring along your machine and we will troubleshoot it for you. We DO HAVE experts here!
 
 --> Ok, but tell me how much do I have to pay ?
Honestly, you'll only pay for your transportation. We can't drop by everyone's home!
 
 --> But if it's really free, then it must be really bad.
No, it's not! In fact, we strongly believe it's the best. It's just that Linux people believe in freedom and in open source. Imagine that you are using a system that's being edited and fixed by millions of people around the world.
 
 --> Yeah, and none of them added a spyware in it? Impossible!
Don't worry, edits don't get applied before getting checked several times first. Plus, who's going to add a virus knowing that millions of people can read the code?
 
 --> Hmmm...Who are you anyway?

Eglug. the postfix 'lug' stands for "Linux User Group". We are an Egyptian group that believed in Linux and open source and decided to tell everyone else about it.

Our install festival is taking place next Monday 9/3/2009 from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm in ITI:
1 Mahmoud Said St., Shohada Square, Main Post Office Building, Alexandria. Floors 11, 12, 13
 
You'll find us there installing systems and giving a bunch of useful sessions for those who want to learn more. We are looking forward to see you all there. and feel free to invite anyone :)..

تعبت من الفيروسات و بطء الجهاز و زهقت من كتر تنزيل الويندوز؟

خايف على صورك او ملفاتك الشخصيه المهمه من الناس اللى معاك على الشبكه او حتى من التجسس وقت تصفح الانترنت او وانت بتشات مع صحابك

او لو عاوز تتعرف على نظام تشغيل تانى و يكون احسن و أأمن و اسرع

يبقى اكيد انت لازم تجرب "لينكس"

طيب متعرفش ايه هو اللينكس و عاوز تتعرف عليه او حتى لو سمعت عنه و نفسك تشوفه و تتعرف عليه اكتر

• Clubs we have access to (Suggested : Mohandesen,Semoha,Sporting)
