it should work
All that you mentioned should work out of the box for most laptops (i'm not sure about yours). May be the wireless is the only thing that may cause you trouble.
Anyway i suggest that you choose a distro and install it, then after that if you have any problem post it here with the output of the command

I think that with any latest distro like Ubuntu your drivers will be automatically installed.
