What exactly is needed?
Please provide more details about what's the things you need in this server.. what is the servers/services that you need? is there a specific distro you are using? .. etc.
and about the job itself.. is it a freelance job or a part time job? if it's a part time how much hours per day?

do i have to use ubuntu..
ERP implementation are usually very big and complicated..
it's not just software installation..
you have to do something call phase zero analysis...its step of steps..
do u have specific ERP software in mind..
i can see you are training facility , why do you need ERP
