need help

hello every body I am new here, I have just regestered on your site, I am here for many reasons but I will tell you one reason at the moment, Actually I need some help to get my assignment done as soon as possible, and because I know that the Linux community is more than just helpful I came here to test it my self lol..anyway let's get in the subject: I am an IT student who has just finished my Linux course which I really enjoyed, I have never known that there's something as marvellouse as Linux..I am looking forward to be a linux user, i want to install it on my pc soon inshallah...anyway after the linux course i was asked to do an assignment and we had the green light from our Engineer to ask whomever's help..so I am not cheating as I am sure that Engineer Shrief is a member here;) I would like to know how to translate English sites into arabic ones, what are the methods to do it, any steps to follow? any helpful websites can show me how to do it?
