We used to print our t-shirts in a shop called "Rose de France" in the city center near cinema Metro. They print t-shirts, mugs and probably other things.
The only problem is the t-shirts printing is not that good and it'll start to wear out maybe after the 1st wash. I remember I had to use cold water and put the t-shirt in for 2 minutes or something for it to survibe :-)
I wouldn't worry about the stickers because any printing place can probably do it.
