i didn't ask u to use it
i just want to announce of it
it's still small to be used it needs more plugins and styles,
i myself don't recommend to use it yet ;-)
if u don't need portability then why u don't use assembly ;-)
maslan, OneofOne's point was to make you tell us abit about your project, what does it offer now and what are your plans goals for the future.
each and every project has a reason to exist (because I had fun doing it is a good reason, because I wanted to learn is a good reason, because I wanted this and that features is also a good reason), and while you're not required to give reasons it is generaly information that we'd be interested in.
so satisfy our curiosity and tell us abit about MaslanCMS
cheers,
Alaa
"u know i once dream that the office of mobinil is from el 7`os :S and the one that answer u and tell u rasidak a girl called ghada"
my reasons is many
1- keda
2- learning
3- no arabic programmer try to this (although mine isn't arabic)
4- avoid boring , coz i got oprating system desgin and imp. of prof. andrew just call it minix book , so try some easy programming language rather than assembly and c and try easy language like php with some mysql, i always loved the low-level so
i've read about 3 books on assembly
1- assembly language for the pc -peter norton
2- advanced assembly language
3- The intel microprocessor
and my first book on OS is minix book
i've read a book on electronic
2 on javascript , 1 on php nothing on mysql
2 about c/c++ .
i forget to say that i've also read :
programming windows 3rd edition (win3.1x)
and 5th edition about (1700paper) (win9x) by charles petzold.
if u don't need portability then why u don't use assembly ;-)
i've released MaslanCMS 0.0.2 it just contains some bug fixes (improved the admin login now it uses cookies instead of the db itself) the next releases may include a forum and a user system.
i don't see what's new about
i don't see what's new about it, why would I use it over drupal or any other cms?
