These are some of the duties of the admin, even if somebody who doesn't match exactly this experience that is fine as long as they are really good, smart and fast learners. we need someone urgently.
- Able to administer highly trafficked webservers that get millions of hits/day - Solid understanding of Networking technologies, standards and best practices. - Performance Tuning: watch sar info, MySQL, Apache, Linux ...etc - Log watch: logs and many other mails needs to be read on daily basis. - Spam handling: hunt them down. - Qmail Maintenance: going through the logs, cleaning up residual connetions, etc.... - Backup operations - Monitoring Servers, services, hardware, alarms.
