This decision is based on the assumption that Msameer has stepped down from Eglug admin. If my info is out of date please correct me.
According to the charter section 4.1 we should find a replacement for Msameer after he stepped down from adminship. We have the mods election on hand, so IMHO we should send emails stating that elections will be held for the fourth place in adminship.
An easier way to fix this is to assign alienbrain who was the runner up in the past elections, if there is community consensus. We could have a poll to establish this, but first we have to agree that it does not violate the charter.

Instead of having elections after elections after elections, I'd suggest that we adopt the emergency measure of drafting alienbrain and then incorporate this into the charter when the time is appropriate.

The guy ran for the elections and almost won so he probably DOES want to be an admin. He also didn't object. The ballots were collected to vote on making a poll, but the poll is not needed because nobody objected. I think it would just be a waste of time to wait for a poll, while we are in dire need for a php savvy drupal admin. Just my 2 cents.

It seems the people here want to go slow and sure with things. I have two suggestions. Wait for mods elections, and then re-vote for a new admin. The other one from alaa is to elect 5 mods and ask one of them if they want to be an admin. Anyone interested please input.

Personal Decision
So not only you want to abandon eglug you also want to put difficulties in the process. Instead of training your (a) replacement ( if you want ). I am disappointed. I have been pulled into political chit chat, the type I really hate. The charter 3ala 3eeny we 3ala rasy, but it doesn't help here at all. It's only slowing things down.
As alaa said let's focus on FOSS not the chair. I have little time as it is and I want to be fair to my work ( FOSS ) , eglug ( FOSS ), phaeronix (FOSS) and my study. From now on I'll commit to non-controversial things.
As of now I don't care what you do with this problem and what comes out of this forum thread.

do it by the rules, the rules are simple, but since we only have three admins now we need to vote for 5 mods, afterwards mods are allowed to run for the empty admin seat.
and stop talking about how this is slowing things down, things been slow for a year, and the new admin team been kicking their heals, nothing is stopping us from working while a vote is going on.
