i can't see the private messages section in my menu. someone uploaded the module ? please admines check i don't have permission to the modules page.

false alarm
yeah sorry about that, eglug server was taken off the internet because of spam abuse reports filed against us, when we got it back online we disabled anything that might be the cause until further investigation, private message module is known to be stupid about sending email notifications and that's why I removed it.
anyways turned out it was a false alarm, someone forged email headers to use one IP that we own but don't actually use, so it had nothing to do with eglug.org
I will reactivate privatemessage but since drupal 4.6 has the contact module I think we should really stop using privatemessage, people can use contact module to talk to each other via email.
I'll propose this on the front page and give people a week or so to make copies of any private correspondance they need then take off privatemessage module unless someone objects.

Beside, I don't get any notifications from eglug about my new messages.
I was thinking about moving my +600MB Mail box to private messages and store them on eglug ;-)

just disable your personal contact form by editing your profile.
