I use an RSS aggregator almost exclusively now since I don't have the time to hit so many sites all the time. As such, the following pages would be great to receive via RSS:

drupal can create rss feeds from any combination of categories, it's only a matter of forging the proper address.
since in theory we might change the categorization later then maybe we should do a url alias thta covers all forum categories and use that in our aggregators.
about the recent posts page, we don't have comment rss at the moment, I was told conceptor planned to upgrade us to drupal 4.6 there is a comments rss module for 4.6
