Opera seems smoother than firefox

I've been thinking about using opera instead of firefox. Opera seems alot smoother.

Anyone else notice a difference?

I've been using opera since ages.

  1. performance
  2. speed of rendering
  3. size
  4. memory consumption
  5. CPU consumption
  6. features
  7. mouse guestures
  8. meta applications bundled.

The only bad thing is that it's not FLOSS

And that it badly renders some sites.

It might have some problems with javascript.

I'm not also sure about java and flash as I don't use them.
