assuming your words making sense(if they were making sense) ,you should not propose it at this time ,now we do not have time for this (IMO).
I attend gatherings regularly ,I did not face any explicit violation for the common sense or heard offensive words (except on some rarely cases).
if you were there on a case you should not go shouting every where please I want to make a rule for people to speak on this room .there should be a space for right and wrong (we are humans after all)
