suggestion For meeting at friday night

what about a full volunteer meeting friday night ? already some volunteer will be there to setup networking and stuff i guess all the night work .. so what do u think for a volunteer meeting before we start work in sakia setup.?

Assuming you have the volunteer email addresses, contact them now with instructions on how to participate.

Tell them you're gonna be there starting tomorrow evening overnight and all the next day. Suggest that those who can should be there all this time, to get to know each other, to have fun, and to help out setting things up.

I am going to show up at midnight with the plastic tags; I'd like to see as many volunteers as possible.
