I don't respect volunteers

I'd like to add Mr/ Mohamed Eid from Cairo university to our list.. actually he must be on the top of this list as I've never seen anyone who don't respect volunteers as him. he was the one who organized the course in Cairo university.. actually he wasn't able to organize the course in a good way on our first day in the first course when we arrived at 5:45 we found that he didn't copy the mandrake Cd's yet.. although we asked them wether to copy these Cd's for them or they would like to copy the Cd's by themselves they insisted to copy them... so we had to spend all the day waiting for the CD and we stayed there till 10:30 installing mandrakelinux on the PC's. after that we went to see the advertisement and this was really unbelievable.the add has our logo the three pyramid shaped tuxes and linux Egypt logo.. oh my god i asked him who told u to put this logo he told me i was searching over the net and i found it so i put it.. moreover he wrote that we are a company not a group of volunteers ,.can u believe that??? i told him to remove this add immediately.. and we removed all the adds by ourselves (Diaa and I)except for one which was hard to remove as it was placed in a box with a key which wasn't with him so i told him to remove it tommorrow as soon as he got the key and we told him to replace this add with another one which we will send to him by e-mail

we couldn't cancel the course first day as we should explain to people there who we are and whatwe are doing. after that we send him that add... and we went for the second session and guess what.. the add is still there i told him if we came the next time and we found that add is still there we will cancell the session... he told me that he is so sorry but he can't find the keys and also he can't replace this add with ours until the doctor who is responsible for that issue signed our add.. then again we went there for the last session and here is the add as it is still the same.. so i called him he wasn't in the university i told him to come and remove it as we will not begin until this add is removed he talked to me in a very bad way and he said that this is something not important and he is so busy in many important things than our silly add actually it was a very bad way .. so i closed the line and i told diaa what happened and we agreed on cancelling the session.. then diaa told the students about what happened and that we can't completer this session and we told them that they can come to El-Sakai to complete the session and to ask whatever they want as they are not to blame this is not their fault, he came at 7:00 pm which is one hour late and he told me look miss this add issue is so silly and not important and we have many other important things to care about and it will be so silly from you if u cancelled the session because we didn't remove the add , can u believe it?? ... i really can't imagine how much this guy don't respect volunteers.
