you got this message because we have subscriptions module which enable members to be notified of changes for content, such as new comments on specific forums and other content
at the same time anonymous users could not send/comment on posts without approval from moderators (we wish every body to post his content but spammers are doing their job great )
the duty of subscription module is sending this message once any action happen (even if it was some one voted on subscribed poll) .
it may be message will be published soon , or there is a spam will be deleted soon and you will say "el subscription module behayes".
this is a bug in the subscription module, you are getting messages for comments that are not published yet but are waiting in moderation queue.
since we get lots of comments spam this means thousands of meaningless emails are sent every day (very very very bad).
to fix this is probably trivial I promise to look into it soon.
the idea is that text is split into paragraphs not lines, to seperate paragraphs you must put a blank line between them, in the rare case where you want to break a line without starting a new paragraph you can use br or thre % signs
