Hi all i have been in Free Open Source Software and Development Conference and i enjoyed it in fact but i wonder if it's possible if Eglug members can arrange something similar in our institue (which is Culture and Science Institute in 6th of October) so i have discussed this with Mohamed Samir but he advised me to post it in here so we can arrange it btw i have been given the full authority by the institue staff to invite you to our institute so there will be no authority problems so every thing u need will be available labs, hardware, halls etc

can you be more specific about about what you want us to do in your institute

seminar
in that case the best format is a seminar
we can do a 2 hours seminar (presentation in 1 hours, questions in 30 minutes, and 30 minutes for delays and other stuff).
what we need now is to choose a time, best day is saturday where many of us have days off, if saturday is not possible then start proposing days and times and we'll see who is available.
once we agree on a time, you have to make sure everything is organized your side, we will need a projector (aka datashow) and we will need to know how many people you expect will attend the seminar.
you make sure the event is cleared with your school's administration and make sure it gets good publicity among the students.
if you require a presentation plan or even a look at the slides beforehand just tell us.

and also the address to make it easy for any volunteers to attend or participate in ,also give us a name which may guide us there because i do not think that the whole institute is expecting us.
I thought the time we were talking about this event is TODAY not the next Tuesday.
