Does Linx run windows programs
my question is, does linux run windows programs (like OS/2 does), this is for my education. if it doesn't then it has a very little chance to survice with the library of available windows programs nowadays. if anyone knows this fact kindly send me a line to ayali@hotmail.com thank you

GNU/Linux been around for 14 years now, GNU and the BSDs are even older (at least 20 years).
in the past 14 years the number of users, developers, administrators, user groups, websites, companies, books, soft toys, comic books related to GNU/Linux kept growing and growing.
70% of the web is run on Apache webservers most of them on GNU/Linux.
all this was achieved without needing to run windows applications, why would it suddenly cease to survive because of that?

ليه لسه شغال على الويندوز مع انك ممكن تشتغل على اللينوكس؟ Why you are still using WINDOWS..when you can use LINUX?
