Must Have:

Strong programming skills in PHP4 and PHP5
Excellent Object Oriented design and programming concepts
Excellent knowledge of HTML/HTML5, Javascript/JQuery, AJAX and CSS
MySQL
Professional knowledge of one of more Content Management Systems (Joomla, Drupal..etc)
Strong knowledge of one of more php web development framework (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend..etc)

Nice to Have:

Professional experience with open source CRM, e-Commerce and ERP systems.
Professional experience working with Source Control, Bug Tracking and Project Management software
Knowledge of other DBMS
