Hello EGLUG,

The following position needs to be filled:

Purpose:

To manage customers servers located in several sites. To troubleshoot and to fix the issues on the servers. You will be responsible to implement patch, new release on these servers. You will work closely with a French team. You will participate to the evolution of some dedicate platforms.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the issues raised by the level 1 support • To analyze some problem and put in place the action needed to fix the problem . • To co manage the servers located in France with team located in Lyon/France • To implement new versions, new releases requested or not by customers • To write and update the processes • To work closely with the Customer Managers and Engineering located in France • To work closely with the monitoring team located in Cairo

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

• Good experience on these OS Unix/Linux and Windows • Excellent Knowledge on these development tools : IIS5,IIS6, Apache/PHP, TomCat and Java • Excellent Knowledge on Extranet/Internet protocols (TCP-IP, SMTP/POP, DNS, Proxy etc.) • Good Knowledge on SGBD environment :MSSQLServer, MySQL, Oracle • Knowledge of these languages : Asp, ASPX, HTML . • University degree with 3 to 4 years in an Extranet/Internet environment • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple tasks. • Excellent customer service skills. • Good IT/communications background and problem solving skills. • Good interpersonal, team-build and leadership skills. • Exemplary time management, organizational and communication skills. • Good commercial awareness. • Presentation skills. • Professional image. • Ability to build relationships with COM, clients and team located in France. • Proactive, self motivated and determined attitude. • Good PC skills and application knowledge. • Tenacity. • Working hours flexibility (Night, Week-End and French public holidays) • French is mandatory
