Portal manager
The Portal Manager will work with the school administrators and teachers throughout the Smart School Systems currently in seven governates throughout Egypt (Alexandria, Cairo, Fayoum, Beni-Suef, Minya, Qena, and Aswan). He/She will act as a member of a team and work with the Project Manager and the Business Model and Technical Service Provider Specialist for the operation and maintenance of Portal applications. Candidate will define, design, and implement web-based, locally cached solutions within scope in response to the need of the school systems. Work to coordinate modifications with other Application and Infrastructure teams to ensure complete solutions are defined and implemented. Monitors and supports any portlet applications to ensure the highest level of system availability.
Network Specialist
The Network Specialist will work with the school administrators and teachers throughout the Smart School Systems currently in seven governates throughout Egypt (Alexandria, Cairo, Fayoum, Beni-Suef, Minya, Qena, and Aswan). The Network Specialist will work on the physical setup/configuration and support of LAN/WAN systems, equipment connections (modems, hubs, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) Must be an extreme team player to be successful & possess excellent communication and problem determination skills. Specialists are required to take ownership of customer calls. Utilize remote systems to diagnose server and application failures on LINUX. Perform product specific troubleshooting techniques and use available troubleshooting tools to analyze application problems.
