my name is Chris and I'm from Germany. Whenever I visit another country I try to meet some locals to exchange GPG/PGP keys. On September, 18th I'll will be in Hurghada for the afternoon and night. Next possible place to meet me would be in Marsa Alam between September, 29th and October, 1st. I should be back in Hurghada on October, 2nd but I'm not sure if there will be enough time for a meeting (maybe somewhere on the International Airport).

If you're interested in a CAcert assurance you should get an account on cacert.org first and print some blank assurance forms. If there are many people intersted in your area I might be able to arrange something with CAcert to creat some local assurers myself ...
