What on earth is happening in the moderators elections ?

I want to understand,

1. Are we reelecting the whole team of moderators ?
2. Or are we just adding new moderators ?

1. if we are reelecting the whole team then why wasn't this announced clearly ?
2. If we are only adding members, Then why do we have manal and DJ-KING on the list of candidates while THEY ARE ALREADY MODERATORS ?

I think we should cancel the elections and see what's wrong.
