Problem with thunderbird mail.

I have just opened my thunderbird inbox which contained several "read" messages to read any new ones. The contents of the inbox appeared and except for the one new message instantly vanished.

They are not in the deleted folder so where are they?

Yesterday I kept getting a message when I went into thunderbird telling me that it was , I can't remember the exact phrase,compressing the index.

Mono develop works on gnome but not on kde

I have ubuntu 9.10 and kde installed on the same machine I have installed the mono develop ide, I compiled it from the source and it runs great on gnome, but when I run it from kde, it doesn't work properly. and it wouldn't (make run) under kde...

how to remove ubuntu tweak?

I installed ubuntu tweak few days ago, it doesnt work as it should be, and caused synaptic not to function at all, making me unable to update my pc.

i tried to use all codes , such as sudo apt-get remove, --purge, and none of them worked..

i tried to change the status file in usr/share/ubuntu-tweak, and the status file was found to be read only and impossible to modify..

how can i get rid

Hallo, I often use Firefox, a great browser, and sometimes go to Tools - Options - Security - saved password to read and erase the passwords for the sites that I visit. Do you know if there is a way to shorten this path, maybe insert something in the toolbar to speed up this task?

انا حملت اوبنتو وبعدين الوندوز وقع فاضطريت اني انزل وندوز تاني واختفى الاوبنتو واختفى الدرايف بتاعه من على my computer

ازاي ممكن ارجع الاوبنتو لانه لسة موجود على الهارد
